Summary:
A 1.35 by 2.65 Km. stock of pegmatite intrudes quartz mica schist of the Proterozoic-Paleozoic Kootenay Assemblage and is bounded on the south and west by Eocene Kamloops Group volcanic rocks. Four distinct rock types are recognized in the area and these are: pegmatite, quartz diorite, quartz mica schist and limestone.

A 1998 drill program successfully outlined an economic feldspar, quartz, mica, pegmatite ore body.

Pegmatite represented about 75.55% of all the material intersected in the drill program. The Pegmatite is not zoned in such a way as to effect the deposit, or hinder its grade.

7.8 million tonnes of ore grade pegmatite have been outlined as a result of the limited 1988 drill program.

Location and Access:
The Bear Cub – Spar Rare Earth Pegmatite property is situated just off of Highway 6 about 10 km east of the town of Lumby in the Okanagan region of southern British Columbia.

Description:
Low iron content and acceptable potassium and alumina content indicate that this deposit has good potential to produce a high-quality potash feldspar with liberation of 20 mesh.

Indicated (probable) reserves are >100 million tonnes of material grading 50 per cent feldspar, 18 per cent SiO2 and 3 per cent mica.

Associated Rare earth elements also occur in the deposit, however very limited testing for REE’s have been done to date.

A 5.5 metre chip sample along the length of a trench gave the following: 2500 ppm yttrium, 300 ppm ytterbium, 440 ppm lanthanum, 700 ppm cerium, 460 ppm neodymium, 270 ppm erbium, 210 ppm gadolinium.... 0.488 % REE over 5.5 metres

A random rock grab along a new logging road on the Bear Cub – Spar property in 2008 gave the following results...

22.1 ppm Ga, 24.7 ppm Nb, 126.6 ppm Rb, 217.4 ppm Sr, 1.5 ppm Ta, 27.8 ppm La, 59.5 ppm Ce, 6.91 ppm Pr, 27.3 ppm Nd, 5.98 ppm Sm, 6.36 ppm Gd, 4.27 ppm Yb Abundant Lepidolite (Potassium Lithium Aluminum Silicate Hydroxide Fluoride) has also been tentatively identified on the property.

Most of the Bear Cub Spar property has been logged. This property has excellent potential to host an economic deposit of Feldspar, Lithium and Rare Earth Element (REE’s) of both the heavy and light REE types. The property is accessible via a network of logging roads. The pegmatite occurs over an exposed 1.5 Km wide by 3 Km long area.

Less than one percent of the property has been evaluated for its Lithium or REE potential. We are seeking companies to fund further exploration for Rare Earth Elements and Lithium on this Developed Industrial Feldspar and Pegmatite Deposit.

Geology:
Eocene Kamloops Group volcanic rocks. Four distinct rock types are recognized in the area and these are: pegmatite, quartz diorite, quartz mica schist and limestone.

History:
Explored for potash Feldspar in the 1980's- 1090's.
