Description:
Currently the property is composed of two, nine-unit claims comprising 720 acres, which cover the geophysical expression of this gabbroic intrusion. Previously a fly-in location, recently-built logging roads allow easy access from the south and east.

Geology:
The Demars Lake PGE Prospect covers a one kilometer in diameter gabbro intrusion, composed of hornblende gabbro, pyroxenite, gabbro-norite about an ultramafic core of websterite. This PGE prospect is one of several, within 20 km. of the North American Palladium Mine, all similar PGE-bearing intrusions of various sizes, located along the Quetico Fault.

History:
Previous owners include Anaconda Brass('66), Pat Sheridan('76), Platinum Exploration Canada('86), International Platinum('89), North American Palladium(2001). The most recent claim holder, North American Palladium, allowed the claim to revert to crown land status during the current shut-down of the production at their nearby mine. The property was promptly re-staked personally by the two new owners.
