Summary:
Qualifying property for someone wishing to list a new company on TSX or Vancouver. Large property only locally explored. PGM values to 6 g/t in surface sampling of mafic/ultramafic complexc. Two hundred thousand dollars spent in last two years. Returned to owners due to takeover of optionee. Drill, geochem, airborne reports available to prepare NI-43-101.
Location and Access:
Less than 30 minute drive along a paved provincial highway north of gold mining center of Val-d'Or, Quebec, Canada.
Description:
The Fiedmont property is located 30km north of Val d'Or, Quebec, and is road accessible. The property consists of 84 claims (3,458 ha); 40 claims of which were staked in 2008. Kinbauri completed a 4 hole (240m) diamond drilling program plus a heliborne magnetometer survey in 2006. The drill program, which targeted 4 showings within a small area, identified three mineralized zones. Earlier prospecting located samples bearing up to 6 g/t PGMs. Some of the better intercepts from the drill program include 1.2 grams per tonne (g/t) Platinum+Palladium (Pt-Pd) and 0.12% Nickel over 8.6m, 1.12 g/t Pt-Pd and 0.13% Ni over 2.5m and 1.5 g/t Pt-Pd and 0.071% Ni over 5.0m. The airborne survey indicated the presence of two large, differentiated mafic/ultramafic intrusive complexes on the property. Very little of the mafic/ultramafic complexes has been explored.
PGMs discovered in 2001 by two geologists.
Drilling of 1600 metres in 10 holes was completed in 2009. Primarily aimed at soil anomalies and geological sections, with inadequate follow-up on surface showings and previous drill intercepts. Report in preparation.

Additional Information:
The property is suitable both as a qualifying property and/or as an exploration property for its PGM potential. This is the first significant PGM property located in the gold rich Val d'Or area and speaks well for all the unexplored ultramafic rock in the region.
Airborne E.M. anomalies in the complex remain untested or only partially tested for nickel-copper sulphides.
