Description:

Get ready to join an exciting team as the Electrical Design Engineer, you will take care of electromagnetic motor designs with the team, focusing primarily on the dimensioning of motors for orders and giving support to the factory. We offer the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging role, and the possibility to develop your career in a global working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend all Sales and Strategy Meetings as required
  • Submit and participate in setting and achieving business targets, forecasts, reviews and budgets
  • Interact with customers to provide Pre-sales technical support and Post-sales Technical support
  • Interact with Global Support and Product specialists
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and professionalism
  • Promote DMMG Products
  • Ensure company mandatory training is up to date e.g. Ethics etc.
  • Assist Customers in designing solutions using company selection tools.
  • Provide training to customers on a regular basis.
  • Promote products to internal company divisions
  • Team work to achieve DMMG sales objectives.
  • Ensure that Technical knowledge is kept up to date with Technology trends and competition trends.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in an applicable field
  • PREng highly advantageous
  • 5 – 10 years relevant experience
  • Specialist skills in designing of motors
  • Experience with electrical magnetic motors and large AC motors
  • Willingness to learn new things is essential
