Coal developer Atrum Coal has revealed plans to advance its Groundog North project, in Canada, during 2017.
The company on Tuesday reported that it is planning to submit an application for a small mine permit in 2017, to enable Atrum to start commercial operations at a rate of 250 000 t/y.
