VANCOUVER, BC–(Marketwired – February 15, 2016) – Cameo Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CRU) (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Charnjit (Johnny) Singh Jagpal was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Jagpal brings over 20 years of accounting experience from various industries, and has extensive corporate tax and audit experience.

Mr. Jagpal is a Certified Public Accountant and obtained his designation in August of 2010. He also received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2002 from the British Columbia Institute of Technology with minor in Financial Management.

The Company further announces that Mr. Souhail Abi-Farrage (Abby) has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors and as CEO of the Company. The Company wishes to thank Abby for his contributions to Corporation and its shareholders throughout the past few years and wishes him the best in his new ventures. Mr. Akash Patel has been appointed to fulfill the role of CEO.
