TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwired – Aug. 23, 2016) – Crystal Peak Minerals Inc. (“Crystal Peak” or the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE:CPM)(OTCQX:CPMMF) announced today that it has granted options to purchase common shares of the Company (“options”) to directors, consultants, and employees. Crystal Peak granted an aggregate of 2,515,937 options to directors of the Company; an aggregate of 600,000 options to consultants to Crystal Peak and to the Company’s subsidiary; and an aggregate of 300,000 options to employees of the Company’s subsidiary.
All options are exercisable over a period of five years at a price of $0.45 per common share. The director’s options vest in four equal quarterly installments commencing January 1, 2016. The options to employees and consultants of Crystal Peak and the Company’s subsidiary shall vest in three equal annual installments on the first, second, and third anniversaries of the Option grant.
The options are granted pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan, which was reapproved by shareholders at an annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 21, 2016.
