DALLAS, Aug. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — Elemetal, LLC announced a collaboration with Texadia Systems and Panther City BBQ to raise money for mobile gaming carts benefitting hospitalized children in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex.
Employees from Elemetal and Texadia organized and operated a Summer Barbeque Fundraiser at a live event on Friday, August 26, 2016. The Fundraiser was catered by Panther City BBQ and hosted at the Dallas corporate headquarters of Elemetal and Texadia.
The funds raised will be donated toward mobile gaming carts with video games ate video games for patients at Scottish Rite and Children’s Medical Centers in Dallas. Bringing these games to kids in their hospital rooms will give them a chance to relax and have fun while recovering.
Panther City BBQ (facebook.com/817PantherCityBBQ) was founded by a group of Texadia employees in 2014 with the intention of bringing good, old fashioned Texas BBQ to the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. The enterprise is named after a symbol of Ft. Worth, the Panther, showcasing the city’s hope and strength.
