US mineral explorer Diamante Minerals has negotiated a 12.5% royalty for 12 months on 1 000 oz/m of gold produced at the Molejon mine, in Panama, and a further 5% royalty on every ounce produced above that threshold.
Petaquilla Gold, as the owner of the Molejon mine, located in Colon province, had engaged Blendcore, as master contractor, to act as operator to restart processing stockpiled ore at the mine.
