(“FPS” or the “Company”) (OTC BB: IFUE) announced today that it has completed multiple comprehensive laboratory and field trial evaluation processes with major European rail and road transportation operators. These evaluations, which included newly refurbished equipment, both rail and road transport, have provided results demonstrating a reduction in NOx of 8% and a decrease in smoke and particulate emissions of 24% to 45%.

When NOx and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) react in the presence of sunlight, they form photochemical smog, a significant form of air pollution, especially in the summer. Children, people with lung diseases such as asthma, and people who work or exercise outside are particularly susceptible to adverse effects of smog such as damage to lung tissue and reduction in lung function.

The inherent chemical properties of DiesoLiFTTM facilitate a more complete and efficient burn of the fuel/air mixture in the combustion chamber which results in less unburnt fuel, hence a reduction in smoke and particulates.
Diesel particulates and smoke emissions have high carcinogenic potencies and represent huge environmental concerns directly affecting the air we breathe. Airborne particulates are a Group 1 carcinogen and are the deadliest form of air pollution due to their ability to penetrate deep into the lungs and blood streams unfiltered, causing permanent DNA mutations, heart attacks, and premature death. In 2013, a study involving 312,944 people in nine European countries revealed that there was no safe level of particulates and that for every increase of 10 μg/m3 in PM10, the lung cancer rate rose 22%. The smaller PM2.5 were especially deadly, with a 36% increase in lung cancer per 10 μg/m3 as it can penetrate deeper into the lungs. Use of DiesoLiFTTM will mitigate these harmful drawbacks associated with the consumption of diesel fuel.
