(TSX VENTURE:DSF) (“DuSolo” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce its year end production, sales and financial results for fiscal 2016, which had been delayed from January 30, 2017 as previously disclosed. There have been significant changes to the Company over the 12 months preceding September 30, 2016, including a change of directors and senior management in 2015 and development of new products, exploration, plant and extraction improvements and corporate re-organization in Brazil. The Company continues to make good progress in all areas, including increasing sales to customers of its Direct Application Natural Fertilizer (“DANF“) phosphate rock products and rationalization of its assets to focus on value-add projects for the Company and it’s shareholders.
