Canadian gold producer Endeavour Mining will acquire gold mining, exploration and development company Avnel Gold, which owns the Kalana gold project in Mali, in an all-share transaction valued at about $122-million. The transaction, which is expected to close in September, has been unanimously approved by the companies’ boards of directors.
