NATURAL BRIDGE, Va.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Republic Steel (“Republic”) and ERP Iron Ore, LLC (“ERP”) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding relating to the formation of a joint venture to produce pig iron at Republic’s steel mill located in Lorain, Ohio.
