(NASDAQ:SSRI) (TSX:SSO) (“Silver Standard”) pursuant to the Business Combination Agreement between the parties dated September 30, 2015, as outlined in the Company’s news release dated March 31, 2017. The pre-feasibility study envisions a satellite open pit mining operation at the Chinchillas project with ore processing undertaken using the existing mill and concentrator facility at the Pirquitas mine property (“Pirquitas”), which has the capacity to accept and process Chinchillas ore, located approximately 42 kilometers west of Chinchillas.
