J. Richard Dean, Jorma Hannila, Russell Kakepetum, Blaine Webster and Robin Luke Webster were re-elected as directors of the Company. Roland Horst did not stand for re-election. Goldeye wishes to thank Mr. Horst for the significant contribution he made to the Company while a director.
