JSE-listed Impala Platinum (Implats) has amended its R3.25-billion existing debt facilities to further strengthen its balance sheet. The debt facilities’ tenure, which was previously available until December 2017, was revised to a quantum of R4-billion, available until 2021. All other debt facilities remain in place.
