Indutrade AB: Indutrade Acquires Norwegian Supplier of Industrial Tools

KISTA, Sweden–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Regulatory News:

Indutrade (STO:INDT) has signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in Industri Verktøy AS, Bergen, Norway, with annual sales of approximately NOK 40 million.

Industri Verktøy ( sells equipment for building in stone and concrete. The product assortment includes diamond saw blades and drill bits, rebar bending machines and cutters, concrete vibrators, grinding machines and laser equipment. The company’s customers consist of professionals in infrastructure and construction.

Possession takes place today, and the company will be part of Indutrade’s Industrial Components business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
