Namibia is committed to having equal representation of men and women in all sectors of the economy, including the mineral resources industry, Namibia Mines and Energy Deputy Minister Kornelia Shilunga said on Friday. She explained that this was in line with Namibia’s governing party, the South West Africa People’s Organisation’s (Swapo’s) aim of ensuring equal gender representation.
