ASX-listed minerals exploration company PepinNini Minerals has raised $1.02-million to progress the company’s Salta lithium brine project, in Argentina. The company raised the funds through a placement of 37-million ordinary fully paid shares at 2.75c a share. The placement represented 13.67% of the company’s post-placement undiluted capital, or 12.02% of post-placement capital on a fully diluted basis.
