Premier African Minerals on Wednesday reported that all screen and plant upgrades and modifications were at site at its Zimbabwe-based RHA tungsten project and installation was progressing well. Despite delays at the Zimbabwe/South Africa border earlier this week, start-up of the plant was planned for Monday, Premier CEO George Roach said in a statement.
