Yukon Territory-focused Wellgreen Platinum announced this week that effective February 8, it had sold to a private company a suite of noncore assets held by subsidiary Ursa Major Minerals for C$200 000 over the next three years.
Ursa holds the Ontario properties comprising Shakespeare, Shining Tree, Fox Mountain, Stumpy Bay, Porter Baldwin and Porter Option, all of which were considered noncore and nonmaterial to Wellgreen.
