The Bro Claim Group is an exciting package of mineral claims in the Similkameen mining district in South Central British Columbia. It is composed of six mineral claim groups that total 1792.5 hectares or 18 sq kilometers of highly prospective ground between lat 49 51 41 N and 49 48 N and 119 50 57 W and 120 7 15 W. The mineral titles claim numbers are 909909, 909949,909969, 912749,912769 and 915929.

Past producer Brenda Mines is located just one kilometer to the north east of our property.

As well as the BCGS stream sediment assays we have compiled an extensive quantity of exploration data on the property dating back to 1966. Most of the data comes from reports filed by Fairfield Minerals who held these claims from 1986 to 2000 when they amalgamated with Almeden Minerals. We have compiled some other exploration data from companies who did significant work in the areas immediately surrounding our property as well. Such as Excel Explorations who drilled a property just two kms southeast of our property and had the following results from just six holes totaling 177meters. #1 -10ft .16au , 2.92 oz ag , .32% cu #2 –3.0meters 5.5 gm au , 3.57 oz ag , .32% cu and #3 –4.57 meters 10.3 gm au , 4.2 oz ag and .149% cu . Argonex International drilled two holes on the same claim group in 1985 . One hole drilled to depth of 150 feet hit a high anomalous section from 60 to 90 ft of .035 gm ton au and the second hole drilled to depth of 450 feet encountered 50 feet of material that averaged approx 3.5 gt. au from 200 to 250 feet. During the 1990 season Fairfield did almost 6000 soil and stream sediment samples which yielded “a large number of anomalous gold values up to 680 ppb. These results defined several strong gold geochemical trends on the Eastern claims”. Through our research we have compiled a very substantial volume of valuable exploration data pertaining to the BRO claim group. This includes almost ten years of geologist reports and assays regarding almost 8000 soil and stream sediment samples , 78 rock samples and the only three drill holes we have been able to find evidence of having been drilled on this property. In 1991 Fairfield did more geochem sampling and during the course of that discovered numerous gold and silver bearing veins and stockworks which assayed between .165 oz au / 2.5 oz ag and 8.5 oz au / 35.7 oz ag . Although Fairfield were focusing on gold exploration they did have a lot of the soil samples analyzed for copper and the majority of those returned values in the 20-80- ppm cu range other samples came in at 116 , 126 , 131 , 177 , 197 , 217 , and 233 ppm cu range.

Describe Geology: The claims are underlain predominantly by plutonic rocks of the Early to Late Jurassic Pennask and Osprey Lake batholiths. The northern extension of the property is underlain by part of a large pendant consisting of volcanic and sedimentary rocks of the Late Triassic Nicola Group.

The plutonic suite comprises white to grey, medium to fine grained Pennask granodiorite, and lesser reddish coarse grained Osprey granite. Nicola Group lithologies consist of andesitic to basaltic flows and tuffs interspersed with argillite, siltstone and impure limestone units.

Quartz veining is locally abundant and most prevalent near the edges of the batholiths. Porphyry style copper-molybdenum mineralization has been mined fiom Pennask intrusive rocks at the Brenda deposit near the east contact of the Nicola pendant, 4 kilometres northeast of the Crest Property.

Describe Mineralization: 4. . Along or near this structure, local zones of fiacturing and shearing in the older granitic rocks are accompanied by rusty clay alteration and occasional quartzcarbonate sulphide-veining. Several stream sediment and soil sample sites with very high gold values (up to 405 and 720 ppb respectively) straddle the lineament, and samples of quarz-sulphide vein float found near some of these sites have yielded up to 1680 ppb Au, 87.0 ppm (2.5 odton) Ag (CREST 11,6 & 8 claims). Observed sulphide mineralization is mainly pyrite with sparse Occurrences of galena, sphalerite, chalcopyrite and possibly tetrahedrite (?).

Summarize Exploration Work: Previous Work includes soil and stream sample geochem work with over 8000 samples taken and logged.An aeromag survey was done on a portion of the property by Williams and Lightning Creek Mining in 1966 and found a three mile by one mile high magnetic relief and further investigation was recommended but never followed up on. BCGS geochem sampling places five anomalys for AU/CU/MO on the property that rank in the greater than 95th percentile category.

Summarize Results: A considerable number of other quartz vein occurences have been found, mainly in altered Nicola rocks on the northeastern claims. Grab samples from these showings have returned many significant gold values ranging from 0.03 up to 8.5 odton. Observed quartz veins are generally narrow and irregular, with variable attitudes. Limonite and hematite are common constituents. Overall sulphide contents are low, however
local concentrations of pyrite, pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite, molybdenite, arsenopyrite, galena, sphalerite and other minerals do occur.

Reconnaissance and grid soil sampling undertaken in 1989 and 1990 provided 6410 samples which were analyzed for gold, outlining several strong trends containing many sites with values greater than 50 ppb, up to a high of 680 ppb Au. Further grid sampling in 1994 involved minor expansion of the existing coverage at 200m x 50m, followed by substantial fill-in (mainly at 50m x 50m) around anomalies located in 1990.

This work generated another 959 soils, for a total to date of 7369. Thirty sites of anomalous gold, from 20 to 610 ppb, and an additional 55 sites with threshold values of 10-20 ppb were identified. These values have krther defined and/or extended existing gold geochemical trends.

Past producer Brenda Mines is located just one kilometer to the north east of our property. Between 1970 and 1990 Brenda mines produced 556 million lbs of copper , 132 million lbs of molybdenum and 4 million ounces of silver and 64,000 ounces of gold.

To the west of the bro claim group is the Elk Gold Mine recently purchased by Gold Mountain Mining after being developed and mined by Almeden Minerals who under their former name Fairfield Minerals discovered the deposit. Recent 43-101 reports show a 500,000 ounce gold deposit in the proven, indicated and inferred categories. Gold Mountain Mining is in the process of recommissioning the mine to extract recently proven up reserves. As of October 2009 Almeden Minerals reported reserves of 1.86 million tons grading 6.0 gt. AU. These reserves have improved since that report. The Elk mine is 12 kms west of the BRO property.

Recent BCGS geochemical stream sediment sampling in the Similkameen mining district has outlined multiple geochem anomalies on the property including five of which rank in the over 95th percentile in their survey out of thousands of samples. The five high anomaly readings include gold , copper , molybdenum and silver anomalies.

The newly reopened Copper Mountain Mine is thirty kms south. There has been a new discovery in the area of the Bro Claims this summer by Sego Resources who hit 52 mts .43%CU & 44gm AU & 26 mts .495%CU .75gm AU. from surface down in their first two holes.

We have had the good fortune to have made a large placer gold discovery which we will begin mining in the spring of 2012 and because of this we not only will not have time to devote to the Bro Group Claims but are seeking to raise some working capital for our startup in May. We are willing to be very flexable with terms for an option on the claims and would consider an offer that is heavily share payment oriented with a very reasonable cash outlay.
