This Claim is located near Lida Nevada as a point reference. Access is granted by taking 266 and going onto a decent off-road road, that is in good shape. You do not need a 4wd automobile, but a high clearing 2 wd would be best, but can be accessed with a lower clearing vehicle, but would not be the best situation.

This Claim sits on approx. 20 acres and is surround by tress and excellent views. The Claim has a plethora of potential, given that the area is known Historically as the Placer West of Lida, and the Claim itself is a Historic Claim, along with the surrounding claims that are Past Producers and some are also Historical. The old town of Sylvanina NY is not far from here, and was also part of our history. This town is Patented along with some other Patented Claims in the area. To find Claims in this area is rare, as a lot of the property is not open to mineral entry due to Wilderness studies, already Claimed already, or are patented/private property. With Placer Claims, while in the past this Claim yielded sizable nuggets, it is not as common to find these kinds of nuggets in abundance as once was, but there is still the chance, and the likely hood of finding sizable amounts of Gold Dust in a wash area is very, very good, when you add the other mines to the equation. The town of Beatty and Goldfield (which are noteworthy in our history in their own rights) are your closest points for Lodging, Gas, Food etc. This claim should be one to prove successful and enjoyed.

The Claim and a lot of the surrounding areas are deemed Historical, so that there is a wealth of History dating back to the Gold Rush era and a bit more recent.
