Summary

Defot/Canyon creek consists of 5kms of ground 451.50 ha. Historically was one of the top producing creeks in the area, coarse gold up to a 45 ounce nugget and daily find of 6-8 ounce nuggets by the old timers. Has been tested showing an average gold find from .01-.03 opy. There is no frozen ground a lot of the area consists of the ability to move the buck brush and mine the gravels below to bedrock.

Location and Access

The property is located in Northern B.C. , the closest town is Dease Lake. From the town of Dease you would travel north to the end of the lake where you would go north/west on a mining road for 40 kms.

Description

On site there is a camp in place , a vibratory feeder capable of 60-80 yards per hour, also we have a 980C loader, 300 hitachi excavator, camp generator and tools. We are looking for a miner who would be willing to bring in more equipment purchase equipment available and mine the property on a royalty basis. The permits and water license is in place , just needs a bond put up and you could be mining . As you go downstream on Canyon creek there has been no exploration carried out but has the potential for floater mining for years to come.

Geology

The property consists of mainly buck brush and small trees. The valley is a wide and flat as you go down canyon creek. It has been shown that when you are in good gold you have magnetics as large as a baseball. This gives the ability to do a mag survey and be able to pin point your area of gold. Property is located on a mining road from hwy 37, you have to be able to haul your own fuel and be prepared to fix your own breakdowns due to isolation.
