Portfolio of Nevada Exploration and Resource Projects AU & U

I have a large portfolio of high-potential gold-silver and uranium properties available for lease or purchase by publicly-listed exploration and development companies. Most are located in Nevada, some in surrounding states, and include epithermal, sediment-hosted, CRD and roll-front deposit types. They span the range of exploration maturity from greenfield prospects with a single drillhole to resource development projects with hundreds of drillholes. About half of my projects have been leased or sold and the other half are available. I have only one uranium property remaining. Most of my projects were staked by myself/Hightest Resources and have no underlying interests.

All of the properties have good year-round road access.

My typical deal structure is a lease with option to purchase, with terms including annual lease payments, modest work commitments, an option to purchase, and a small royalty. I've also sold a number of projects outright and retained a royalty. My asking terms are intentionally modest. My business model is to place as many projects with capable explorers as possible in order to increase the odds of exploration success and achieving a producing royalty.
