Summary

The Swallow Mine is a historic underground gold-copper exploration property in Yavapai County, Arizona. The project combines historic production and underground development with 28 contiguous unpatented lode mining claims, adjoining patented property, established access, existing underground workings, professional surveys, historical and modern assay data, and extensive technical documentation. Swallow Mining LLC is seeking a qualified joint-venture, earn-in, strategic investment, or exploration-financing partner to advance systematic exploration of the property.

Location and Access

Castle Creek Mining District, Yavapai County, Arizona, approximately 20 miles northeast of Wickenburg. The property has established road access, including an existing BLM Right-of-Way (AZA-33796) providing access to the Swallow Mine area. The project is located in Township 8 North, Range 2 West, Sections 6 and 7

Description

The Swallow Mine is a historically productive underground gold-copper property located in the Castle Creek Mining District of central Arizona. Historical records report approximately 8,300 tons of production containing approximately 2,640 ounces of gold and 3.8 million pounds of copper during several periods of operation between the late 1800s and 1930s. Historical development includes shafts extending to approximately 220 feet, multiple underground working levels, stopes, raises and related mine workings. Subsequent exploration and technical work has included professional underground surveying, geological evaluation, mapping, sampling and laboratory analysis. Available information documents structurally controlled gold-copper mineralization associated with faulted and fractured metamorphic rocks, iron-oxide alteration, quartz veining and locally visible copper-oxide mineralization. Swallow Mining LLC has submitted a new exploration Notice to the Bureau of Land Management for a phased program utilizing existing roads, underground workings and previously disturbed areas wherever practical. The company is seeking discussions with qualified mining companies, exploration groups and strategic investors interested in a joint venture, staged earn-in, strategic investment or exploration-financing arrangement. Extensive technical information, historical records, assay data, underground surveys, maps and supporting documentation are available to qualified parties following execution of a confidentiality agreement.

Geology

The Swallow Mine is hosted principally within metamorphic rocks of the Yavapai Schist and associated granitic gneiss. Available geological information describes gold-copper mineralization associated with faulted and fractured structural zones, quartz veining, iron-oxide alteration and locally prominent copper-oxide mineralization. Historical and modern technical work documents multiple mineralized structures and underground exposures warranting systematic follow-up exploration. The available geological, assay and historical information is considered exploration data and is not presented as a current mineral resource or reserve estimate.

History

The Swallow Mine was established in the late 19th century and operated underground for several periods, producing gold and copper. Historical records report approximately 8,300 tons of ore produced containing approximately 2,640 ounces of gold and 3.8 million pounds of copper.

Historic development included two shafts reportedly reaching approximately 220 feet, four working levels and associated underground workings. Phelps Dodge subsequently examined the property in the 1990s, and it has been the subject of additional geological, surveying, sampling and laboratory work.

Swallow Mining LLC has maintained and assembled a substantial archive of historical and modern technical information to support renewed exploration.

Additional Information

Swallow Mining LLC has submitted SMP-100 Rev. 1.2, a new BLM Exploration Notice with a coordinated 43 CFR Part 3715 request. The proposed program is designed to evaluate known mineralized structures through mapping, underground examination, representative sampling, survey verification, laboratory analysis and related exploration activities while maximizing use of existing infrastructure and previously disturbed areas.

Available due-diligence information includes historical mine records, assay reports, underground surveys and drawings, property and claim maps, geological information, photographs and regulatory documentation.

Confidential technical information and data-room access are available to qualified parties following execution of an NDA.
