Located near historical Gibbonsville Idaho, which has authenticated production of 50,000 oz, from 1880-1914. We have historical adits with visible, free milling gold present. Soil samples show a gold trend of 1.2km. Trenching and limited core & reverse circulation drilling has been done. Geophysical surveys have been also conducted.

Geologists from both Newmont & Kennecott visted the property and said they saw potential for 1.5 million ounces. We also hold 2 unpatented claims in the center of a proven 600,000 oz. deposit, which is beneath Patented property. This deposit cannot be mined until we are bought out. Additionally, the Company holds 2 claims on a past producing open pit copper mine. These claims are 5 miles north of the Moon Claims, in Pierce Creek. They date back to the 1960's. In 1977, 125 tons of copper ore was trucked to the Anaconda, Mont. smelter. Falling copper prices halted further shipments the following year. VGR has conducted extensive IP surveys over the pit and surrounding area. Limited core drilling was done in 2004. Grab samples of rock include one that ran 60% cu, 20% pb and 20 ounces of ag per ton. This was taken from a collapsed stope by the original claimants. Another sample ran 55% fe and 1.4% cu. This sample was taken by the present claimants while trying to excavate for the historical stope from whence the high grade copper, lead, silver sample was taken in the 1960's. This area has been described as having many of the characteristics of an IOCG Deposit model.

We seek investors to advance this property. We have an approved Plan of Operation for Drilling from 11 drill sites. We would also like to conduct an IP Survey, using the historic adits to place the current electrodes in ore shoots which have visible gold in them. In return we will give investors equity in the property via Quitclaim Deed.
