The York property is located adjacent to Highway 97 and 12 kilometers southwest of Hixon, B.C. (between Quesnel and Prince George). UTM: 5904837N/518639E, NTS map: 093G07E, Cariboo Mining Division. Property access is via Hwy 97 six kilometers south from Hixon then west by a logging road network to and around the Property. The Property topography is gentle relief typical of the B.C. Interior Plateau, and has been extensively clear-cut logged. The Property is located near excellent infrastructure including resource towns of Quesnel, Prince George and Hixon, and related highways, grid power, natural gas pipeline and airports.

The Property is adjacent to the metal-rich regional Pinchi Fault and is underlain by metasediments and metavolcanics of the Nicola Group (Triassic to Jurassic) and intruded by biotite granodiorites (Cretaceous Naver Pluton). The intrusive is partially defined by a magnetic anomaly over the SW portion of the Property. Molybdenum, gold and silver mineralization has been discovered in proximity to the felsic intrusive rock contacts with older metasediments and metavolcanics where an aureole zone of quartz, sulfides and precious metals has formed. Broad zones of low-grade molybdenum, gold and silver have been discovered over much of the property in outcrops, trenching and drilling. Best percussion hole (82P2) returned an average grade of ~0.02% molybdenum over its entire length of 76m. Much of the drilling returned anomalous gold and silver; best interval of 5.1m grading 2.84gpt Au and 2.3gpt Ag. Geoscience B.C. in their January 10, 2011 Quest publication of lake and stream sediment sampling from a 200,000 square kilometers area centered at Prince George, shows a high intensity >95 percentile molybdenum anomaly at York.

Between 1981 and 1988: geochemical, geophysical (IP, EM, MAG) surveys, road construction, backhoe trenching, percussion and core drilling were conducted by Lac Minerals Ltd. Several exploration targets identified by Lac remain untested by drilling. The Owners recommend the next phase of exploration should be a property-wide helicopter borne ZTEM survey by Geotech Ltd.
