Arcflow

Arcflow is a cloud-based ERP platform built in-house and designed for manufacturing, distribution, project management, and service businesses. The company was founded by engineers who spent time on industrial floors across the United Kingdom, South Africa, and the United States before building the software, with the goal of solving problems created by poor ERP implementations rather than starting from a pitch deck.

Arcflow works through a four-step process: understanding the client’s business through on-site workshops and end-to-end process mapping; engineering a solution designed around the client’s actual processes rather than forcing the business to adapt to software; building the platform in-house with every module configured to exact workflows; and optimising through post-implementation support with dedicated engineers, monthly performance reviews, and AI-driven continuous improvement. The company emphasises that post go-live support is not an upsell and measures success by whether clients are genuinely better twelve months later.

The platform includes modules for manufacturing (job-shop to high-volume production with full traceability), project management (planning, resourcing, and cost control from tender to handover), distribution (orders, stock, and fulfilment across multiple locations), and service management (scheduling, dispatch, and field tracking). Arcflow also offers mobile functionality allowing teams to run operations from the floor or job site, including production plan access, project task management, field service appointment viewing, time and attendance tracking, and access to certifications and forms.
