DRA Limited is an international multi-disciplinary engineering, project delivery and operations management group, predominantly focused on the mining, minerals and metals industry. The Group has an extensive track record spanning four decades across commodities. DRA Limited’s operations and maintenance division currently operates more than a dozen sites. Minopex, DRA’s subsidiary, has developed an impressive track record operating more than 46 sites across base metals, precious metals and bulk commodities and has commissioned 62 processing plants. SENET, another subsidiary, has delivered more than 500 successful projects across Africa and currently boasts one of the largest hydrometallurgical process teams on the continent. SENET has designed and supplied plants that produce 50% of the world’s annual copper production.
The Group’s value proposition spans project origination through consulting studies, project delivery through EPCM and EPC solutions, and operations and maintenance through contract operations and plant operations. DRA has executed more than 400 coal projects and studies globally. DRA has designed more than 80% of the world’s platinum processing plants. DRA has installed over 120 mills, including a 23MW SAG Mill and an 18MW gearless drive mill, both world firsts. DRA Limited has designed and built mineral processing plants and associated on-plant infrastructure in 26 countries since inception, completing over 300 engagements.
