With over 24 years in the industry, the company specializes in serving chemical, petrochemical, power generation, paper and pulp, mining, steel, earth moving, heavy engineering, sugar and agricultural industries. The company has successfully assisted a multitude of companies helping them minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.

In 2010, the company flew to a gold mine in Ghana and within seven days re-machined the labyrinth grooves and bearing landing on a large electric ball mill drive motor, saving the company six months of downtime by eliminating the need to ship the motor for repairs.

The company began in 2002 in a garage with one employee, one vehicle and hired equipment. It now operates from an 8500m² premises, employs 16 skilled professionals, maintains a fleet of 13 company vehicles and possesses an extensive range of 110 on-site machining machines. The company uses specialized portable equipment to provide precision machining on-site, eliminating the costly process of dismantling and transporting equipment off site for repairs, avoiding the need to remove equipment, saving transporting costs for heavy equipment, reducing time for outages and prolonging the life of flanges.
