Pump Solve is appointed as the official distributor for Lewa GmbH, Kamat, Nikkiso, Checkpoint, BSK, Fox, Blacoh and Someflu within specific regions of Southern Africa. The company’s product offerings have been refined in the Petrochemical, Refinery, Mining and Food and beverage industries. Pump Solve operates from a 10,000 m2 business centre in Centurion, Gauteng, encompassing manufacturing, an aftersales service centre, a warehouse, and offices.

Pump Solve’s expertise lies in metered dosing, Mercaptan injection, chemical refining, and handling harsh and difficult pumping applications. The company excels in delivering plug-and-play dosing systems from chemical injection and process solutions to chemical handling and plant manufacturing. Pump Solve’s fully operational ISO 3834 accredited workshop is a precision chemical injection skid manufacturing hub. Products are designed to meet stringent requirements of chemical dosing applications, including highly accurate dosing flow rates, extreme delivery pressures, and material compatibility for corrosive and hazardous chemicals.

Pump Solve offers custom inhouse system design with 3D format presentations for realistic plant and piping layouts. The company specializes in designing and manufacturing turnkey solutions prioritizing high-quality products and automated plants designed to ensure operator safety and achieve 99% plant availability. Effective dosing techniques have the potential to reduce chemical usage by up to 10%. Pump Solve operates a dedicated aftersales division offering repair of any of its products with collection and delivery service. The aftersales manager assists with spare-related enquiries and technical support. The workshop has testing facilities capable of testing any pneumatic or electric-driven pump up to 37kW on 220v, 400v, 500v, 525v, 600v and 690v. For pneumatic pumps and utility air the compressor delivers 2406.93 L/Min. Testing facilities can handle flows from 0.1 l/min up to 10,000 l/hour with a maximum pressure rating of 415BARG. The repair centre has a certified overhead lifting capacity of 3 tons. Pump Solve is certified as a level 2 BBBEE Company.
