The property covers harzburgite of the Eikland Mountain ultramafic suite. In 2010, the Yukon Geological Survey discovered chromitite veins 1-5 cm thick in swarms and ladder works within the harzburgite running up to 2.6 ppm total PGE (1.6 ppm Pt+Pd). In 2012, Panarc Resources Ltd. staked 14 claims covering the showing and conducted prospecting and soil surveys. The located a layer of disseminated chromite in harzburgite assaying up to 266 ppb Pt+Pd.
