Kahiltna River, Alaska Placer Project
16 Alaska State Mining Claims For Sale
Summary
• Grant Lake Corporation, is selling 1,000 acres of contiguous claims along the Kahiltna River
• The Property consists of 16 state mining claims shown on the map below. With the exception of ~21,000 cubic yards processed during early mining and testing the site is virgin
wide, flat, bench placer ground.
• Extensive seasonal exploration, sampling and analysis (2004-2016) determined that consistent gold distribution exists throughout the claim group that warrants infrastructure
development and large-scale placer production. The mineable area is best described as a quarter mile by three mile flat bench ideal for 1-2 high-volume placer strip mining
plants. Sampling and testing on the 400 acre mining area east of the river has inferred gold reserves of 6,400,000 cubic yards of pay gravels with an average recoverable rate
of .016 ounces au/cy, plus semi-precious gemstones. The west side of the Kahiltna River is closed to mineral entry.
• Summer access road repairs are required before mining can commence. Transferrable APMA and MatSu Borough permits applications are filed for surveying and road repairs
to commence in July 2018. Contact the company for further information
