The Kobeh property is located in the central portion of the Battle Mountain- Eureka Trend. It is a sediment hosted gold deposit, located in Eureka County, Nevada. Located in Eureka County, Nevada, 250 km east of Reno, NV, 187 km southeast of Winnemucca, NV.

Access of the Kobeh Property is by unsurfaced roads from Winnemucca. In fair weather, an all-wheel drive vehicle is not required. Access is by Highway 80 West for 137 km from Winnemucca continuing onto Highway 278 south for 100 km. Highway 278 south passes within 12.5 km of the property on the northern side. All basic services are available in Winnemucca.

The property is located on the US’s Bureau of Land Management (BLM) ground. Permitting of the ground for drilling usually takes between two and four weeks. Deposits in the Battle Mountain- Eureka Trend occurring west of the Kobeh property include the Gold Bar Project, containing the Gold Pick and Gold Ridge Mine (~ 1 million ounces gold).

The bedrock geology of the Kobeh property is covered by a shallow pediment, overlying the Mississippian Webb and Ordovician Formations. Historical mineralization on the adjacent Afgan property is hosted in outcrops of clay and silica matrix breccias within the basal Webb Formation and is associated with NNW and NW trending faults. The western side of the Kobeh property contains a fault contact between Tertiary basalt capped ridges and an area of shallow pediment. These fault contacts have been interpreted by airborne geophysical surveys as zones of potential alteration and gold mineralization within areas of low resistivity.
