• Located within the Kazakh Urals, in the southern part of Mugodzhar ridge and 72 km south-west from the Yubileynoe gold deposit.
• The license area covers a total of 3.4 square km. The nearest rail station Berchogur is 25 km away from the deposit. License for exploration and extraction is valid until 2034.
• The deposit is connected to the railway station by a temporary highway. 65km away from Emba city and 241 km from Aktobe central city of the region. 152 km to Kandagash city. Kandagash (formerly known as Oktyabrsk) is a main freight hub on the North-South road, the Moscow-Tashkent rail link, the Orsk-Atyrau rail link and the main Bukhara/Ural gas pipeline. Cu and Zn resources estimation is based on 18,350 m of diamond drilling during 1950-70th Five Cu-Zn mineralized zones are known. (Cu - 17 thous. tonnes, Zn - 11 thous. tonnes)
• 2012 exploration program included 600m of trenches, 5,500 m of diamond drilling and old open pit sampling.
• First planned gold production in Q3 of 2013.

Project 2 was explored in 1970-80 th. Sulfides rich ore bodies in plan and cross section by 1974 resource update report (Cu + Zn recovery 80%).

• The central part of the deposit is classified as average reserves of copper and zinc. There are signs of industrial gold mineralization.
• It is also located within the Kazakh Urals in the north of Mugojar ridge, 85 km southeast from Orsk city and 160 km the regional center – Aktobe city. The license area covers a total of 49.41 square km. The nearest railway stations are Promintern of Dombarovka village (45km away) and Donskoe of Khromtau city (70km). Around 15 km south of the deposit is the location of "50 Years of October" mine with the capacity of 3 million tons of copper ore per year. The perspective of the deposit is based on it’s location which is near to "50 Years of October” mine.
• Major gold mining region with well developed infrastructure and substantial mines.
• Resources estimation is based on more then 47000 m of diamond drilling during 1970th. In central part of license there is 200 thous. tonees of copper and 150 thous. tonnes of zinc.
• Well developed regional infrastructure.
• The Cu-Zn mineralized zones extension is over 800 m in dip and 350 in strike.
• 1-4 g/t of gold average were reported by metallurgical tests conducted in 2012.

Project 3 is a mineral exploration license area covering 3150 sq.km is located in southern Ural mining Au-Base metals province with high exploration potential.

• The southern Urals is an unique metallogenic province, which is known all over the world for the abundance of volcanogenic base - metal massive sulfide and porphyry copper, copper-molybdenum and copper-gold deposits as well as granite-related stock work and vein gold deposits.
• This area contains over many tens gold-copper and base metals deposits of variable size and age. This number includes such volcanic-hosted massive sulfide and porphyry deposits as Gaiskoe, Uchalinskoe, Salavatskoe, Yubileinoye.
• The above-mentioned deposits vary in age from Early Devonian to Middle-Late Carboniferous and are known from both the Magnitogorsk-Mugodjar and East-Uralian tectonic zones.
• Numerous Cu occurrences.
