High grade lump graphite is exposed on surface proximal to regional-scale fault.

Adrian Graphite Property is located 40 km west of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. Gravel roads provide excellent access through the claim group.

Adrian Graphite Property is located close to shipping 40 km west of the City of Thunder Bay, Ontario, with good road access. The present claim group covers 20 block claims totaling approximately 12 square miles. Recent tree harvesting has provided trails and new exposure of bedrock. A good gravel road transects the claim group.

A regional-scale shear zone trends NNW through the claim group hosting gold and copper mineralization associated with sulphides in brecciated shear zones and quartz carbonate veins. Graphitic lenses are also present consisting of high grade lump graphite.

Recommendations:
Further work on the claim group should entail a ground VLF-EM survey to further locate conductive horizons possibly attributable to graphitic mineralization coincident with the fault zone. Mapping, field sampling with diamond drilling of geophysical targets would be beneficial.

Adrian Township is largely underlain by mafic to intermediate metavolcanic rocks in sheared contact with clastic metasedimentary rocks to the southeast. An extensive zone of felsic metavolcanic lapilli tuff is present in the central portion of the claim group near Weigand fault. Numerous small gabbro intrusions and lamprophyre dikes are present. A large gabbro intrusion is located near Rockstone Lake. Several occurrences of volcanic chert breccia are exposed along the road just west of Adrian Lake. Chemical metasedimentary rocks on the property are largely composed of magnetite-jasper ironstone, chert and chert breccia. Breccia zones near the fault host gold, copper and graphite mineralization.

Overburden removal by backhoe directly over a VLF-EM conductor located in the field exposes a lens of massive graphite mineralization which appears to be "lump graphite" of grade well over 90% Cg (visual estimation).
