Mexico, Baja California, well recognized mining jurisdiction, in safe region close to army and Navy headquarters, near Anglo American, Penoles and Grupo Mexico sizable discoveries

Over US$2million of in house and historical geological studies with drilling and excavations of 30-50 meters indicate probable resources worth over US$25 million on very conservative valuations, and a potential size that could worth > $4billion if converted to proven by investments in additional geological studies. We also have 35k tons of iron ore stock piles worth over US$1million. We believe we are in a belt of 60km of extreme high-grade copper and gold ore, with neighbors such as Anglo American, Penoles and Grupo Mexico. Separated by the San Andrea fault, Baja mirrors the giant Sonora/Arizona copper district (>130m tons historical production) and we believe our concessions are in the core of such district. Given Mexico’s Government not issuing new mining concessions, we are in a unique position to harvest this potential. We believe our concessions have geological merits to host mid-size or even world class deposits. We have a fast to cash business model with a dual track in mid-scale production to generate cash while investing in geological studies for TSX listing, which we believe could unlock considerable value. We have a seasoned team with many decades of experience with passages in major financial institutions, mining companies and government. We already put an iron ore mine into production attesting our successful track record. We have a very good relationship with the community and upmost respect for the environment.

Since the gold rush, local, American and Chinese miners have made excavations and trenches in some of our copper and gold deposits exposing the ore and at least 30-60 meter of its depth. Large groups such as Grupo Mexico, Asarco, Anglo American, Penoles, Grupo Azteca and the South Korean government have made successful geological exploration with drillings of hundreds of meters of depth close to us or in bodies that are continuation of ours or in the region with very similar geological characteristics.
Respected geologist with passages in Newmont Mining, United States Geological Survey (USGS), Rio Tinto and Mexican government have helped us in the geological evaluation of the area and attest to the merits of the project.
