Access of the Fri Gold property is by both surfaced and unsurfaced roads, Northwest of Tohopah. Highway 6 West for 7.5 km will lead to Gabbs Pole Line Rd. Continue north for 45 km. and Gabbs Pole Line Rd is within less than 5 km of the property on the eastern side. All basic services are available in Tonopah.

The Fri Gold property is located in the central Walker Lane strike slip domain. The Deposits in the Walker Lane Trend including Manhattan, Round Mountain (7 million ounces Au) and Paradise Peak (1.6 million Au and 24 million ounces of Ag) epithermal Au-Ag deposits are located within a 48 km radius of the Fri Gold project. The property is located several km to the south of the previously producing Hall Mo-Cu porphyry deposit (+1.3 million ounces of Ag). The property is located on the US’s Bureau of Land Management (BLM) ground. Permitting of the ground for drilling usually takes between two and four weeks.

Regional and Property Geology:
The bedrock geology of the Fri Gold area is composed of an undifferentiated sequence of siliclastic and carbonate sedimentary rocks. Outcropping on the Fri Gold property are granodiorite and rhyolite dikes of unknown age which intrude the sedimentary sequence. The granodiorite and rhyolite dikes are interpreted to be manifestations of mineralizing porphyry in the subsurface. The property is transected by a major northwest trending fault with significant offset and minor offset.
