The KENNING IRON ORE PROJECT consist of the South and North zones. The South zone has an estimated iron ore tonnage of 40,000 tons per vertical foot depth grading at approx 25% Fe. The North zone has been added to the package for it`s potential to add iron ore reserves. A magnetic survey suggest parallel bands of iron formations approx 5kms in length. Combining the two zones could make a large iron ore deposit available for mining.

Triana Exploration Ltd optioned the South zone iron orebody to Cliffs of Canada in 1956-57.
