The property is 3289 acres. Contiguous block. Near Glenwood acreage. Minerals only. It has not been developed has no prep plant or permits. It is estimated to have 20 Million clean tons of Thermal Coal. On other properties I have steam coal ready to ship internationally. I can deliver 300,000 tons a month and greater. I also have sizable coking coal reserves permitted and ready to mine.
