Globex owns 100% of a large scale Manganese-Iron deposit in mining friendly New Brunswick, Canada, that contains a a significant historical resource of the strategic element Manganese. In 2011, Globex drilled two holes to test the Iron Hill deposit.The holes were oriented back to back due to the physical characteristics of the topography and access issues. Assays show four wide zones totaling 116.54 m (382.35ft) of manganese (Mn) and iron (Fe) mineralization as indicated below. Conclusion: The encouraging results from phase one exploration have demonstrated the potential for outlining of an important Mn-Fe deposit. The ferro-manganese rich units associated with the Woodstock deposits are hosted within the Late Ordovician to Early Silurian Whitehead Formation and the conformably overlying Smyrna Mills Formation.The Mn-Fe mineralization was deposited during the Taconic Orogeny by precipitation of Mn, Fe and Si within a shallow marine transgression-regression wedge.These manganiferous horizons extend for a strike length of 8 kilometers on Globex's claims.

The Woodstock region has experienced periodic efforts to outline resources and small scale production. The deposits were exploited for iron from 1848 to 1884. A reported 70,000 tons iron ore was smelted onsite by 1884.

In 1953 Stratmat Limited staked a large package of claims including the claims now held by Globex, and a large drilling program was undertaken. Six iron-manganese bodies were identified in the area of which all or parts of four are located on the Globex claims.A historical non NI 43-101 resource of approximately 194,000,000 tons grading +-12% Mn and +-30% Fe was reported.
