(TSX:AZZ)(FRANKFURT:P8AA)(OTC PINK:PWURF) (“Azarga Uranium” or the “Company”) has received notice that the Oglala Sioux Tribe has filed a petition for review of the decision made by the Commission of the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the “NRC”) pertaining to the 30 April 2015 partial initial decision of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (the “ASLB”) regarding the Company’s NRC license for the Dewey Burdock Uranium Project. The Company has not received notice of a petition for review filed by the consolidated intervenors (the consolidated intervenors and the Oglala Sioux Tribe are collectively referred to as the “Intervenors”).
