TSX-listed AuRico Metals has closed the acquisition of Kiska Metals, adding six existing royalties to its strong royalty portfolio, and pushing the total royalty portfolio up to 17.
Following the deal, Kiska had become a wholly-owned subsidiary of AuRico.
