Uranium miner Energy Resources of Australia (Era) has announced that its MD and CEO Andrea Sutton will resign in order to take a position with parent company Rio Tinto.
Sutton, who was appointed as CEO and MD in 2013, will work with the board to ensure a smooth transition to her successor, Era said on Friday.
