Uranium miner Energy Resources of Australia (Era) has announced that its CEO and MD Andrea Sutton will resign to take up a position with parent company Rio Tinto. Sutton, who was appointed CEO and MD in 2013, will work with the board to ensure a smooth transition to her successor, Era said on Friday.
