Bankrupt Besra Gold Inc (BGI) has filed a proposal for consideration by its creditors in Toronto, marking a step in progress towards securing balance sheet relief and to obtain further financings in order to return to normal operations.
The proposal, if accepted by the requisite majority of creditors and approved by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, would provide potential new investors with certainty of Besra’s financial position.
