Accessable by excellent road, can bring in the biggest mining equipment. Adequate water supply even in the driest of summers. Fully permitted with 2- 10-year water licenses and set up so property can be broken up, lease one section mine the other or have multiple plants. Currently working on a new 10-year license that will be part of sale.
