Summary
We are restarting a dormant silver mine in Mexico, which was hand-mined in the past, with a grade of 900g of silver per tonne. We own all the equipment needed to mine and we will be mechanizing & scaling the operation to 15 tonnes per day; 50+ years worth of mining on the vein; 100+% ROI annually.
Location and Access
The mine is located just outside the town of Zimapan, in the state of Hidalgo, Mexico.
Description
Cinzano is a junior mining company in Mexico that has the exclusive mining rights to Pino Alto, a polymetallic vein in the state of Hidalgo. The vein consists of silver (900 g/t), lead (12.2%), and zinc (4.4%). The adit (tunnel) is already in place giving us access to the vein and allowing us to start mining very quickly.
We need 2 months to set up our crushing assembly and prep all our equipment at the site. Month 3 we will start mining manually at 5 tonnes per day and selling raw ore. With the earnings from that rudimentary operation, we will make some upgrades and adjustments to a processing mill that we have started building, buy a few pieces of equipment that we will be renting, and slightly adjust the adit. This will allow our mechanical equipment (scooptram and mining truck) to get in and we can increase our daily tonnage to 15 tonnes per day and concentrate the ore ourselves at 20:1, selling concentrate at top dollar. This can all be done within the first year and our earnings for year 2 would be approximately $3.4m, at current prices of metals. From here we will look to increase our daily tonnage up to 30 tonnes per day. The vein can handle another front at 15 tonnes per day and our mill will be constructed with the idea of being able to handle additional tonnage.
We are looking for $105,000 USD in investment, in exchange for 3% of Cinzano. Each share is $35,000 USD, and the minimum investment that we would consider is $17,500 USD. The equity position extends in-perpetuity and to everything Cinzano does, including future projects that we will look to establish, not just the Pino Alto. The investor can expect approximately $34,000 USD annually per share, paid quarterly.
