Wim de Klerk will step down as FD of diversified resources group Exxaro at end-August. De Klerk was requested to, during this period, assist outgoing CEO Sipho Nkosi to coordinate the process of identifying and appointing a successor, as well as assisting with the transition process, finalising some strategic decisions on equity investments and the group’s new black economic-empowerment structure.
